PLMIG Membership Categories and Fees
Membership of the PLMIG is by calendar year, and is available now for 2008. There are two categories of membership.
Corporate Membership
Organisations that wish to further their own PLM by working with the PLMIG may take out:-
This enables them to collaborate with other member companies via the
User Initiative or
Market Initiative, and be part of what will become an
industry "round table".
Individual Membership or Subscription
Individual Membership keeps you up to date with the progress of the Initiatives and PLMIG actitivities. There are two
equivalent ways of becoming an Individual Member:-
Individual Membership provides you with:-
- PLM Journal {4 Issues}
- PLM Self-Assessment Toolkit
- PLM Benchmarking Handbook
- PLM-SCM Guidebook {Optional}
Subscription to the PLMJ gives you Individual Membership, and hence a copy of the Toolkit, Handbook
and Guidebook.
Scope of Membership
PLM is not limited just to engineering and manufacturing organisations, and membership of the PLMIG is open to individuals
and companies from all industry sectors : discrete manufacturing ; process ; CPG ; pharmaceutical ; petrochemical ; building
and construction ; financial ; service ; developers of PLM and related technologies, vendors and distributors ; system
integrators ; consultants ; research institutes ; industry associations ; standardisation bodies ; government agencies ;
academia.
