The Self-Assessment Toolkit enables PLM managers to produce a clear written picture of the status of part, or all, of their PLM implementation without the use of external advisors.

It can be used for internal assessment of the entire PLM setup; for comparisons of PLM progress between divisions within the organisation; or for analysis of specific issues that arise within an implementation.

The 4-Stage process is simple, informative, and generates buy-in from the non-PLM colleagues who are involved.
